I dreamt that Matthew had gotten a vasectomy and I had gotten my tubes tied. I was worried about how we would have children later on. Matthew's surgery seemed to have been extensive, involving some of his internal organs, and I was concerned for his health. Matthew was very relaxed aboutt he whole thing.
